They are spaces between 80 and 500 square meters and are ideal for companies or start-ups with a large staff or who need space to display their products. All of them have natural ventilation, as they are connected to the terraces of Esade Creapolis. They are large and open spaces with many possibilities to find the best distribution.
Unfurnished offices can be decorated to the liking of every resident business, except for curtains and other elements in windows that break with the overall aesthetic of the building. If you need to do any other type of work, it must have the permission of the building's Facility Manager.
Esade Creapolis offers a creative and innovative environment where companies and entrepreneurs from different sectors can spot opportunities and add skills to generate ideas and develop innovative solutions with a social impact.
